MATERIAL: Forged steel shackle per AN116, cadmium or zinc plated clear chromate. 4130 steel shank, heat treated to 160,000 psi minimum tensile strength, cadmium or zinc plated clear chromate. 4130 steel spindle, cadmium or zinc plated clear chromate.
