FEATURES: Precision blank tooling plates that mount vertically on a Window Tooling Block, for quick-change fixturing on machining centers. Finish ground to tight tolerances, with all multipurpose holes spaced within .0008" of true position.

MOUNTING: Each vertical plate is accurately mounted on a Window Tooling Block using two Locating Screws at the top corners (order separately), and Socket-Head Cap Screws (4 or 6 required).
MATERIAL: Body > Gray cast iron, ASTM class 40. Bushings > High-carbon steel, heat treated. Threaded inserts > Steel. Protection Plugs > Plastic.
