Our proprietary safety-clutch mechanism prevents damage if the clamping arm strikes an unexpected object, such as an incorrectly loaded workpiece. The arm clutch disengages to avoid damaging the object or the clamp's helical-cam mechanism. In addition, our swing clamps incorporate a fast, totally dependable spring return, unlike our competitors'. We offer many varieties and sizes of swing clamps, including super-miniature and manifold-mounted versions.
Double-acting Swing Clamps are available with longer clamping strokes (25mm and 50mm) for extra clearance when clamping over ribs. Available in flange-base, all-threaded, and top-flange swing clamp types.
